If you’re diligent enough to read all books of the Bible, you may have come across the Book of Revelations. In this book you’ll see the prophecies of the end of the time. You’ll see how the world will begin to crumble as figures such as “the Beast”, “The Four Horsemen” and “The Lamb” emerge as well as events that depict a world that prepares for the coming of Christ. But prophecies of the end time have been shown in other books of the Bible as well seeing the end of the world long before Christ was born. Through these matters you will find out more about the Bible and the End Time Prophesy as it relates to the present world.
Again, what is the End Time Prophesy? This is the proclamation of the end of the world as depicted in Book of Revelations. This is where the Second Coming of Christ, the rising of the demon and ultimate clash will occur is illustrated. While there are many interpretations to this, the most common message of this is Christ will come to give salvation to the world. While it may be hard to understand at first, a little perseverance shows you that Book of Revelations reveals more views about how the world will really end, depending on who is reading it. But how is this related to the present world? As it stands, many are now citing that the natural disasters that have occurred (such as Hurricane Katrina, Japanese Tsunami, Typhoon Ondoy, the Earthquakes), the man-made disasters (Economic crisis back in 2008) and many others are signs that the end time is coming. Some have even compiled the events and making equivalent investigations to say the Bible is already depicting them.
Some have also specified that the world’s current condition is beginning to show what the Bible prophesized many years ago. Everything from a one world government, the outbursts of war (World War II, Cold War, Vietnam), the rise of technology and many other developments show the Bible’s symbolic predictions of what the world would be years from now. It is said the world is living in the end times.
Also, the world is seeing a decline in religion. What was once a religion that stood its ground is now beginning to see its slow crumble as Christianity is losing a bit of its grip in the world. Many scandals that involve sex and greed, many events that show Christianity’s unwillingness to see the truth and many other matters have put the world of Christianity and Catholicism a level down. Now people who once believed in God are now losing their faith.
The End Time Prophecy is still too early to tell but with so many evidences showing the world is in the end times, it’s sometimes hard to know what to believe now in this day and age. The only thing you can do is to stay true to your beliefs and ideals and live on.
